Defective books will be replaced promptly if defects are reported within 30 days of receipt and returned.  No credit will be issued.
Books purchased from Lê-Nguyễn Press may be returned for credit or a refund subjected to the following conditions:

• All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the customer’s invoice or sales receipt.

• Returned books must be in new condition: no scratches, bent corners, 
  writing, dents, stains, torn pages or covers, etc.  Leaving a book in a backpack can cause unintended damage.  Lê-Nguyễn Press reserves the right to reject books that are received in less than "new" condition.

• Approval is required before returning the book. Contact us for an RA# (return authorization number) at <presslenguyen@gmail.com>.

• There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns.

• Refunds will be made to a customer in the form of the original payment method (PayPal; check or money order) within thirty-days, or an NE (not eligible for credit) notice will be sent with an explanation (e.g., no RA#, returned in non-salable condition).

• Books returned without an RA# will not be accepted for a credit or refund and will be returned to the customer upon request, at the customer’s expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable.

• Requests to have book(s) returned back to you, must be made within thirty-days of issuance of Lê-Nguyễn Press’ NE (not eligible for credit) notice.

• Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Lê-Nguyễn Press. Please make a claim with the carrier of delivery.

 

Return Shipping Instructions:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to wrap and pack the book(s) in a protective manner.

• Shipping costs and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.

• Books must be returned by an insured, traceable carrier (e.g. USPS Priority Mail,  UPS, FedEX, DHL). The customer is responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.

• The RA#  must be enclosed with the book(s)
